      Description

It would be helpful to add the Received Items 'folder' in the scope when using the search in one's inventory. Last night, I tried, in vain, to help a woman (in Spanish, when that is NOT my first language) to find an item she received from Marketplace. It wasn't in her regular inventory and just to test it, I searched for an item in my Received Items folder and that item did not register as 'found'. If we are going to have this pain in the butt Received Items folder as a part of our inventory, I feel we items contained in that folder should be included in the inventory search. Thanks

      To reproduce:

Purchase an item that will be sent to your Received Items folder (Iren Tinkel sells things this way, I know for sure)
      Receive the item.
Type the name of that item in the search bar in inventory.
Realize that this item does now show in search.

        Tested in Firestorm 4.1.1 (27115) Mar 29 2012 08:26:57 (Firestorm-LassieStorm)

With Preferences → Firestorm → General, 'Show the Received Items folder in normal inventory', checked, items in 'Received Items' folder do show in inventory search.

With Preferences → Firestorm → General, 'Show the Received Items folder in normal inventory', UNchecked, items in 'Received Items' do not show in inventory search.

        Heya Thandi,

What viewer was this person using, was she on Firestorm also?
Had she let a lot of items build up in received items?

Ill add this to wishlish as an improvement request, but as Lassie says, on the next Firestorm 4.1.1 release, this can be easily worked around by enabling Preferences → Firestorm → General, 'Show the Received Items folder in normal inventory'

showing recieved items folder should be made into the default setting.
I had the same problem. I knew the name of an item i had just bought the day before but could not find it any where. it wasn't until i had logged into support group i was able to find solution. Then my viewer got reset few months later, and i couldn't remember and had to go searching through preferences to find once more.

I'm sure there are lot of frustrated people searching in vain for purchases who don't know where to find answers.
