Although this sounds like a nifty Idea, it would require changes to the SL inventory DB, (to tag the object with a font) not something that I can see happening anytime soon.

I'd be happy just with the ability to change the colors of the fonts of the folders we create. It's what I pictured in the first place, just not articulated well.

This isn't a bad idea at all and it may be possible, but can you describe exactly what you'd want to see? Ideally we'd want to see some photoshop/gimp mockups of the suggested feature in action.

        Thanks!

Thanks for considering this idea. This illustration may help to make clearer what I had in mind. If you need more such illustrations, I've figured out how to make one fairly quickly. There is a copy of this illustration here. http://s307.photobucket.com/albums/nn314/Pwy/?action=view&current=MockupforArrehn.jpg

        Kind regards,

Closing as won't implement. This would require adding more data to the inventory, consuming even more memory. This could result in serious memory issues on 32bit systems.
