Description

Item in game "PrimSearch Login Key" BY Latif Khalita (was free on XstreetSL) which can be used to obtain preformed megaprims from a searchable database (http://prims.streamgrid.net/search.php?perm=none&X=21&Y=21&Z=.5&search_prims=Search) will not operate delivery function in the Phoenix viewer. This is limited purely to the Phoenix viewer as far as I can tell. It worked perfectly ok in the old Emerald, Works correctly in Viewer 2, but the delivery of the megaprim will not function in Phoenix. (constant Access denied error only found in Phoenix viewer) so suspect it must be something in the AV identity coding being transmitted from Phoenix to the browser. (using external web browser doesn't cure the problem).

This is a very useful tool for builders to obtain Megaprims in more exacting dimensions without using those with massive hidden sections from the limited in game available packs, and is annoying when having to constantly swap viewer in the middle of builds just to get a prim of the necessary size required. As it worked previously in Emerald and works perfectly fine in other viewers tried. It must be something within the Phoenix viewer that is causing the problem.

Have you registered your account by buying and touching this object inworld, then following the link?

If you have - take it up with the item creator - it's not a phoenix issue.

Ok Mobius... I will accept your explanation. However I have been using this item inworld for 2 years now. The only Viewer I have found that will NOT WORK FOR ME with it is the Phoenix Viewer, ALL OTHER viewers tried and used work fine for me. So all I can say is STRANGE !!

Yup..fails for me too both in internal & external bowser. All I get when picking a prim is Error:Access denied

Fails for me in both builds 225 and 339, but only if using the internal browser. You can work around the problem by selecting Edit->Preferences->Web->Open in external browser; this delivered for me fine.

Got it to work by Checking external web browser in Edit -> Preferences -> Web.
Def a problem with the internal though & also fails if you have set to internal by default, then click open in external browser from the internal.
