nearby commands gth and flr not trapped when RLV locked

            Description

            I found that when RLV locked in a cage that you are not sitting in, that is walking into a cage and locked in the nearby chat commands "gth" and "flr" commands will teleport me out of the cage. This does not happen when sitting and RLV locked. I tried three different relays and they all behave the same. When I tried another viewer the commands were properly trapped as teleport commands.

              The upshot of this would seem to be that gth and flr should fail if one of the three main teleport restrictions are in place (most likely tploc or tplm? – at the very least denied under the same circumstances that double-tap TPing is denied).
